DISCOVER BIBLE | KEY NOTES (THE KINGS OF JUDAH)

1. Introduction

a) The Bible is full of wonderful stories and special truth. What we want to do is to discover the Bible.  

b) Psalm 119:11 says, "Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You." 

c) Nurture and grow your understanding of the Bible as you read and discover the Bible.  

2. Key Notes: 

a) Protected by their geographical position.

b) Prosperity of country gained through control of the trade routes to Egypt and the Red Sea.

c) The nation's capitol, Jerusalem, was beseiged by the Assyrians in 701 B.C., and by the Babylonians in 597 and 586 B.C.

d) Finally, Nebuchadnezzar destroyed all of Jerusalem and ended the monarchy.

e) All the Kings followed the line of David.
