PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: ACTS (12)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Acts 6:4 King James Version (KJV)

But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to give ourselves continually to prayer.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to give ourselves continually to the ministry of the word.

Lord, thank you for the prayers of the believers who have come before me, and for them ministering Your word.

Lord God, I thank you, that through these prayers, and through these ministries, Your word has reached me.  and You have given me faith to believe.

Lord God, thank you for giving me faith to believe.

Lord God, cause me to give myself continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

b) Acts 7:55-56 King James Version (KJV)

55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Stephen was full of the Holy Ghost.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Stephen looked up into heaven, and saw Your glory, and saw Jesus standing at Your right hand.

Lord, thank for allowing Stephen to see Your glory, and Jesus standing at Your right hand, before he was killed for his testimony.
