PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: ACTS (15)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Acts 11:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You gave like gifts to the Gentiles who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, as You gave the Jews

Lord God, thank You for giving the Gentiles who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, a like gift that the Jews who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ received.

Lord God, cause me to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and to receive Your gifts, that I may glorify You.

b) Acts 11:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when Peter acknowledged that You gave Gentiles repentance unto life, through belief on the Lord Jesus Christ, the people fell silent and glorified You.

Lord God, thank You for also granting repentance unto life to the Gentiles who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
