PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PSALMS (20)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 5:9 King James Version (KJV)

For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that there are those who have no faithfulness in their mouth.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that there are those whose hearts are full of wickedness.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that there are those whose throats are an open grave.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that there are those who speak flattering words.

Lord God, protect me from those whose speech is deceitful, whose hearts are full of wickedness, whose throats are an open grave, and who speak flattering words.

b) Psalm 5:10 King James Version (KJV)

10 Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to destroy.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to cause them to fal by their own counsels.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to cast men out because of their many transgressions.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to cast men out because they have rebelled against You.

Lord God, cause my wicked enemies to bear their guilt, and let them fall by their own counsels. Cast them out because of their many transgressions, and because of their rebellion against You.
