(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 5:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who put their trust in You should rejoice.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who fear You should continually shout for joy, because You defend them.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who love Your name should be joyful in You.

Lord God, cause me to fear You, rejoice, and shout for joy because You defend me.

Lord God, cause me to love Your name, and to be joyful in You.

b) Psalm 5:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will bless the righteous.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will have favor on the righteous, and will cover them as with a shield.

Lord God, cause me to be righteous.

Lord God, bless me with Your favor.

Lord God, cover me as with a shield.
