(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Proverbs 3:3-4 King James Version (KJV)

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that someone who does not let mercy and truth forsake them, but binds the, around their neck, and writes them on the table of their heart, will find favor and good understanding in Your sight, and in the sight of man.

Lord God, teach me to be merciful and truthful, to have favor and a good name in Your sight, and in the sight of man.

b) Proverbs 3:5-6 King James Version (KJV)

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that someone who trusts in You with all their heart, does not lean on their own understanding, and in all ways acknowledges You, You will direct his paths.

Lord God, fill my heart with a confident trust in You, so that I will not rely on my own understanding. Cause me to acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow me to rely on You to direct my paths.
