I GOT MY DAD FIRED FROM HIS JOB

a) Losing a job is tough. But your dad losing his job because of what you have made is unimaginable. He was only concerned about changing the world, the future and advancing all of humanity with Artificial Intelligence. But now, Artificial Intelligence can beat human beings at their own game. 

b) The creation of a new Artificially Intelligent software has laid off Bob - Tulip. 40 years of accumulated knowledge, and within a few weeks, it has proven to outperform and produce better results. How did this happen?

c) Artificial Intelligence (AI) has grown and advanced far more quickly than anticipated. From Siri writing down your grocery list to driverless cars saving thousands of lives by preventing accidents, AI has now gone head-to-head with humans, and they have proven victorious. Where does that leave us if AI can produce more, and do a better job?

d) What makes humans so special is our autonomy. We are able to think for ourselves, act independently, and make decisions where we see fit. Siri, Google Now, Google Translate, and even autopilot systems are partial AI. But we don't fear them taking over our lives Terminator style because they are not autonomous - not yet. 

e) As Audi and Tesla advance their driverless cars giving it autonomy to drive itself and Google expanding their Deepmind projects, how much longer until AI becomes fully autonomous and what would happen to humans? 

f) This video is not meant to scare or slow down the advancements of Artifical Intelligence, but to show how we as humans forget to stop and think about the ramifications of our decisions with everything we do.
