Operates as a recognized SDM-aligned local church
Applies SDM values and protocols within a local cultural context
Develops leaders and ministries from within the congregation

Operates independently while remaining relationally aligned to SDM (where applicable)
Retains full legal and operational autonomy

SDM provides optional covering, resources, and accountability
