a) Seth was the third child of Adam and Eve, according to the book of Genesis, which is the first book of the Bible. His birth is mentioned in Genesis 4:25. He was born when Adam was 130 years old, after his brother Cain had killed his brother Abel. Seth later had a son named Enosh.
