ACCURSED THINGS - YOU CANNOT STAND BEFORE YOUR ENEMIES

1. Accursed Things - You Cannot Stand Before Your Enemies

Joshua 7:13 NKJV

Get up, sanctify the people, and say, 'Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, because thus says the LORD God of Israel: "There is an accursed thing in your midst, O Israel; you cannot stand before your enemies until you take away the accursed thing from among you."

@1. An accursed thing is any object the enemy has touched or is used in the worship of Satan.

Deuteronomy 7:26 NKJV

Nor shall you bring an abomination into your house, lest you be doomed to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest it and utterly abhor it, for it is an accursed thing.

@2. Every abominable object is an accursed thing. Abominable things includes foreign gods, idols, etc. Today things like money, education, fame, etc are gods worshiped by many unknowingly or knowingly.

@3. Every object in the temple of darkness is an accursed thing – you should not touch it, take it for yourself or to your house. It is for this reason you see God telling the children of Israel to burn into ashes the temples of foreign gods with everything in them.

Deuteronomy 7:25 NKJV

You shall burn the carved images of their gods with fire; you shall not covet the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it for yourselves, lest you be snared by it; for it is an abomination to the LORD your God.

@4. Everything in the temple of a witchdoctor, spiritualist, sign reader, magician, etc, is accursed.

@5. Every object used for the worship of Satan or bears allegiance to Satan, a cult, etc, is accursed. This includes pictures, drawings, signs, symbols, etc.

@6. You cannot put on a clothing with a picture, drawing, sign, or image of Satan or things used in his worship. You cannot have demonic wall hangings of things in your house.

@7. It is so sad that people calling themselves of Jesus are the one perpetuating demonic images in social media and their houses are full of demonic things including wall hangings in the name of decorations.

@8. Everything invented / produced by kingdom of darkness is accursed. This includes tights, makeups, demonic hairstyles, tattoos.

@9. Money from a harlot is accursed and you cannot bring it to the Lord.

Deuteronomy 23:18 NKJV

You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the LORD your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the LORD your God.

@10. Demons always need a host, they are always loitering looking for a host. Accursed things are hosts of demons.

@11. The moment you touch or have an accursed thing that is an open door for demons to enter as they wish, thus steal kill and destroy as they will.

@12. Many people in afflictions, torments, diseases, sicknesses, curses, etc, but claiming to be of God is because of abominable and accursed things they have.

@13. In the same manner with abominations, with accursed things, you will always call the Name of Jesus in vain – Jesus never appears in the scene.

@14. The Power of Jesus Christ; miracles signs and wonders are only revealed if you are free from abomination and accursed thing. You cannot cast a demon, heal the sick in the Name of Jesus, etc, if you have an accursed thing with you.

@15. With an accursed thing, the anger of God is kindled against you as it was with the children of Israel.

Joshua 7:1 NKJV

But the children of Israel committed a trespass regarding the accursed things, for Achan the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed things; so the anger of the LORD burned against the children of Israel.

@16. Same with an abominable thing, when you have an accursed thing, God hides His face from you.

@17. The children of Israel went to war against the people of Ai who were few but they were defeated and killed because of accursed thing.

18. There is no war you will ever win when you have an accursed thing; one reason for today defeated church.

@19. You will always call the Name of Jesus in vain and Jesus never appears in the scene – no signs, no miracles no wonders; no power of Kingdom of heaven.

@20. The moment you have anything of Satan, you are already defeated by him.

@21. In the same manner with abomination, with an accursed thing, there is no salvation.

@22. Accursed thing is done away with first, burned with fire, then go to repent.

@23. People are perishing because of lack of knowledge, what they call knowledge is world education world knowledge, and the church is not there to reveal these things and sanctify them – it’s a sad state.

@24. Because of abominations and accursed things, today church is in a defeated state but calling on the Name of Jesus but all in vain.
