a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Hebrews 12:10 King James Version (KJV)

10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

i) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that earthly fathers chasten their children after their own pleasures.

ii) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when You chasten us, it is for our profit.

iii) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when You chasten us, it allows us to partake of Your holiness.

iv) Lord God, chasten me, and cause me to partake of Your holiness.

b) Hebrews 12:29 King James Version (KJV)

29 For our God is a consuming fire.

i) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are a consuming fire.
