PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: HEBREWS (26)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) Hebrews 12:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.
Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to look to Jesus, as the author and finisher of our faith.
Lord God, thank You for Your Son, who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despised the shame, and sat down at the right hand of Your throne.
b) Hebrews 12:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to consider Jesus, who endured such hostility from sinners against himself, so we would not grow weary and lose heart.
Lord God, cause me to consider the hostility Your Son endured, from sinners against himself, as a way for me to not grow weary and lose heart.
