a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some  examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 13:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.

Lord God, keep me from making any great desires for things in this world, but cause my anticipation to be for the hope You have placed in me.

b) Proverbs 13:13 King James Version (KJV)

13 Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.

Lord God, thank You for Your promise, that those who despise the word will be destroyed, but those who fear the commandments will be rewarded.

Lord God, cause me to fear Your commandments, and expect Your rewards.
