a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 15:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that a mocker does not love one who corrects him, and he will not consult the wise.

Lord God, cause me to love those who correct me, and to seek wise counsel.

b) Proverbs 15:13 King James Version (KJV)

13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that a joyful heart makes a face cheerful, but when the heart is sad, it crushes the spirit.

Lord God, cause me to have a joyful heart.
