a) Proverbs 16:31 King James Version (KJV)

31 The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that gray hair is a crown of glory, it is found in the way of righteousness.

Lord God, cause me to be found in the way of righteousness.

b) Proverbs 16:32 King James Version (KJV)

32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who are slow to anger, are better than the mighty, and those who rule their spirit, than those who take a city.

Lord God, cause me to be slow to anger, and to rule my spirit well.
