NUMBER THREE (3-13)

0. Introduction
a) 3 stands for that which is solid, real, substantial, complete, and entire. All things that are specially complete are stamped with this number. It is interesting to note what other mention(s) for 3 can be found in the Bible.
1. Which people could ask of God ANYTHING?
a) To three people did God give this command:
i) To Solomon (1 Kings 3:5)
@1. 5 At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask! What shall I give you?” (1 Kings 3:5 NKJV)
ii) To Ahaz (Isaiah 7:11)
@1. 11 “Ask a sign for yourself from the Lord your God; ask it either in the depth or in the height above.” (Isaiah 7:11 NKJV)
iii) And to the Messiah (Psalm 2:9)
@1. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel. (Psalms 2:9 NKJV)
