WALK WORTHY OF HIS CALLING
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. How do NUMBERS 110 and 101 come about?
a) On 28/10/2014 (Tuesday) early morning, as I was praying to the Lord, the Lord vividly showed me NUMBER 110. This NUMBER 110 shown has a circle around it. Immediately, I wrote down the NUMBER 110 lest I would forget what was shown. At the same moment, I looked up for the exact time received and it was registered @ 1.21 am in my mobile phone..
b) As I was writing NUMBER 110, NUMBER 101 seemed to come to my mind. Then I was wondering what the Lord is trying to say concerning these two NUMBER 110 & 101.
2. What do these two numbers represent?
a) NUMBER 110 represents 100 + 10 = 2 x 50 + 10. We have DOUBLE 50 and NUMBER 10.
b) 28/10/2014 represents Day 28 = 2 + 8 = 10; Month 10 = 10 ; Year 2014 = (20 = 2 X 10) + (14 = 7 + 7) = DOUBLE 10 and DOUBLE 7.
c) Time 1.21 am = 1, 2 and 1 = DOUBLE 1 (1, 1) and DOUBLE 1 (2 = 1 + 1).
d) NUMBER 101 represent 100 + 1 = 2 x 50 + 1. We have DOUBLE 50 and NUMBER 1.
From here, we have the following significant numbers that at least represented more than one time ...
i) NUMBER 1
ii) NUMBER 7
iii) NUMBER 10
iv) NUMBER 50
3. What is the meaning for these numbers?
a) NUMBER 1
i) Number One (1) in the Bible means "unity" and "uniqueness."
ii) There is one body; the church made up of true believers. There is one Spirit; the Holy Spirit who indwells every believer individually also indwells the church collectively. There is one hope; the hope to be like Christ. There is one Lord; Jesus Christ who died for us all. There is one faith; the Christian faith based on Christ's death on the cross. There is one baptism; the baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire. There is one God and Father of all; God Almighty who is over all and through all and in all.
iii) The number one does stand alone, independent of all others. God is independent, and we are dependent. But that's a good position for us to be in since the one on whom we depend is the ONE and ONLY true living God!
b) NUMBER 7
iii) One of the most profound examples of the use of the symbolic number seven is related to the fall of Jericho in the Joshua 6:1-20. Notice how many sevens appear in the scripture above. The use of the number seven simply means fulfillment or enough. Enough priests blew the trumpets and enough people marched around the walls enough times for the walls to come tumbling down.
iv) Revelation, the last book of the Bible that completes the word of God contains more sevens than any of the other books. There are:
c) NUMBER 10
i) Number TEN (10) is the number of perfection or completion of God's "divine order."
ii) Ten is the only one of the perfect numbers in which humans have a part. We cannot be part of the three, seven, or twelve. We are definitely part of the ten since it is the number of completion based on God's order and human responsibility. The number ten is built into our very anatomy. For instance, we have ten fingers to do God's work and ten toes to walk upright before God.
iii) Why only Ten Commandments in the Old Testament? Why not fifteen or twenty? The Ten Commandments contain all that is necessary, and no more than is necessary, both as to their number and their order. They are examples of God's order and man's responsibility. The first five concern our relationship with God. The last five concern our relationships with other humans.
iv) The number ten is the start of a whole new order of numbers and the completion of the single digit numbers that come before it. Our responsibility in stewardship is to give God ten percent of our first fruits because the tithes represent the whole of what is due from man to God' based on His claim on the whole.
v) We cannot aspire to divine perfection on our own. We cannot aspire to spiritual perfection on our own. We cannot attain governmental perfection without God.
vi) However, we can honor God's covenant according to His order and our responsibility because of the number ten.
d) NUMBER 50
i) That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine. (Leviticus 25:11)
ii) Fifty is the number of jubilee or deliverance.
iii) Fifty is used approximately three hundred times in the Bible.
iv) Fifty points to deliverance and restoration following seven cycles of seven years.
vi) According to Leviticus 25:8-55, special instruction was given concerning the fiftieth year. It was the year for the Israelites to rejoice and be jubilant. Therefore, the fiftieth year is known as the Year of Jubilee when the Israelites were told to "proclaim liberty throughout all the land."
vii) Debts were considered paid in full, slaves were released and land was returned to the proper owners. The Year of Jubilee was a year for neither sowing nor reaping. God established the Year of Jubilee for people to be liberated and to start over.
viii) Fifty is also the number of salvation. In Genesis 18, Abraham's prayer was for God to spare wicked Sodom if fifty righteous people were found there.
ix) Fifty is significant because it is the numbers of days from Jesus' resurrection to the coming of the Holy Spirit; hence, the name Pentecost. On the Day of Pentecost, there was great rejoicing for the freedom that the Holy Spirit brought. He still brings us freedom today.
x) God wants people to be free. Jesus spoke these words: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim RELEASE to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind to set FREE those who are downtrodden, to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord" (Luke 4:8-9).
xi) Therefore, "where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty!" (2 Corinthians 3:17)
4. What is God saying regarding all these numbers? What is the main theme for these numbers?
a) God is saying that we ought to take heed of these revealed numbers 1,7, 10 and 50. In each of these numbers, there are significant events denoting how they would also affect our daily lives while sojourning on earth. Some key notes to all these numbers are:
i) NUMBER 1:
@1.God is independent, and we are dependent. He is the ONE and ONLY true living God!
ii) NUMBER 7:
@1. It appears about 600 times and this must be important to us. It denotes spiritual perfection and it means divine fullness, completeness and totality ("to be full," to be satisfied," and "to have enough").
iii) NUMBER 10:
@1.It is the number of perfection or completion of God's "divine order" and the only one of the perfect numbers in which humans have a part. We have ten fingers to do God's work and ten toes to walk upright before God.
@2. We cannot aspire to divine perfection on our own. We cannot aspire to spiritual perfection on our own. We cannot attain governmental perfection without God. However, we can honor God's covenant according to His order and our responsibility because of the number ten.

i) In the Bible, numbers have spiritual significance. Of all the numbers, SEVEN (7) is the most familiar because it appears about 600 times.
- Seven denotes spiritual perfection
- It means divine fullness, completeness and totality
- It comes from a Hebrew word meaning "to be full," "to be satisfied," and "to have enough"

- Seven vials
- Seven woes
- Seven new things
- Seven glories of the Son of Man
- Seven blessings
- The word "Jesus" is found seven times
- "Jesus Christ" if found seven times
- The wrath of God is found seven times
- Spirit of God
- Wisdom
- Understanding
- Counsel
- Power
- Knowledge
- Fear of God
