1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Psalm 12:6 King James Version (KJV)

⁶ The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your words are pure, as silver tried in a furnace of earth seven times.

Lord God, cause me to hear, understand, and act on Your words.

b) Psalm 12:7 King James Version (KJV)

⁷ Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will be keeper of the poor and needy, and will preserve them from this generation, for ever.

Lord God, protect the oppressed, and needy, preserving them from this generation for ever.
