(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Isaiah 10:2 King James Version (KJV)

To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless!

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that trouble awaits those who make unjust laws that deprive the poor of their rights.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that trouble awaits those who issue oppressive decrees, that deprive the poor of their rights.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that trouble awaits those who make unjust laws, that withhold justice from the oppressed.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that trouble awaits those who issue oppressive decrees, that withhold justice from the oppressed.

Lord God, keep me from being one who makes unjust laws.

Lord God, keep me from being one who issues oppressive decrees.

Lord God, give justice to those who are harmed by unjust laws, and oppressive decrees.

Lord God, keep unjust laws, and oppressive decrees from harming Your children.

b) Isaiah 11:1-2 King James Version (KJV)

11 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;

Lord God, thank You for the promise of someone with Your spirit being brought forth, having the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge, and of the fear of You.
