1. Well Done, Good And Faithful Servant
a) As a believer, are your ambitions mainly aligned to:
i) Wanting to be a pastor of a big church?
ii) Having a goal to teach and preach in many conferences so that you would become well-known?
iii) Building more ministries so that your church would become more popular?
iv) Gathering more money for your ministry, your church and even self? etc...
b) The very basic ambition a believer has is to principally align to the Lord Jesus Christ. Why? Because the Lord Jesus Christ gave his life to die for you so that you might have an eternal life (John 3:16). No man or church owns you but He does. This is fundamental and you ought to be obligated to Him for the rest of your life.
c) Then, you would be mindful of what the Lord wants you to do. Thus, you would be fulfilling the call of the Lord Jesus Christ. Then you would know where and how you ought to serve / function in the body of Christ in 1 Corinthians 12-14. Then, everything would go well accordingly to God's plan! Don't you want God's praise in Matthew 25:21?

21 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
