DO EVEN GREATER THINGS

1. Do Even Greater Things

a) “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father (John 14:12 NLT).

b) Why did Jesus say even greater works we can do? Who is involved in his saying?

c) Firstly, Jesus mentioned that he is going to the Father. Then greater works can we do. Before that he mentioned that we would do the same works as Jesus did while he was on earth. 

d) Two things are clear here:

@1. To do the same works as Jesus did.

@2. To do greater than his works.  

e) Jesus had gone home, sitting at the right hand of the Father. 

f) The Holy Spirit is available on earth now, helping us to do greater works than Jesus.

g) The key to great exploits (greater works) is allowing the Holy Spirit to work in and through us.

h) If you surrender everything to the Holy Spirit, it is possible to do the impossibilities by faith.
