SDM Leadership Covenant

Preamble

As a leader entrusted within Sunshine Destiny Ministries (SDM), I acknowledge that leadership is a calling of stewardship, not a position of entitlement. I recognize that every platform, title, and position entrusted to me exists for Kingdom purpose, under God’s authority and SDM spiritual governance.

1. Covenant of Alignment

I covenant to:

• Walk in spiritual and organizational alignment with SDM leadership
• Uphold the vision, doctrine, and spiritual DNA of SDM
• Submit willingly to order, structure, and spiritual authority

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.” (Psalm 133:1)

2. Covenant of Stewardship

I covenant to:

• Steward every platform entrusted to me faithfully and responsibly
• Recognize that the SDM platform is entrusted, not owned
• Use influence to build people, not promote self

“It is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

3. Covenant of Servanthood

I covenant to:

• Lead with humility, integrity, and a servant’s heart
• Serve people before seeking recognition
• Model Christlike character in word, conduct, and spirit

“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” (Matthew 20:26)

4. Covenant of Accountability

I covenant to:

• Walk in transparency and accountability
• Receive correction with humility and maturity
• Remain teachable, knowing growth requires refinement

“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” (Proverbs 20:18)

5. Covenant of Unity and Honor

I covenant to:

• Protect the unity of the SDM family
• Speak with honor regarding SDM leadership and fellow leaders
• Refuse division, competition, or personal agendas

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:3)

6. Covenant of Season and Transition

I acknowledge that:

• Leadership titles and positions are seasonal and functional
• Transitions, changes, or releases are part of God’s order
• Ending a role does not diminish my calling or identity in Christ

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

7. Final Affirmation

I affirm that:

• My calling comes from God
• My platform is governed within SDM
• My leadership is accountable, aligned, and covenantal

I commit myself to lead with faithfulness, humility, and obedience, for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom through Sunshine Destiny Ministries.
