SDM Personalised Ministry Framework
SDM Personalised Ministry Framework
A Pastoral Exhortation
Beloved in the Lord,
Every believer who comes into the Kingdom comes with a God-given assignment. You were not saved by accident, and you were not placed where you are by chance. Scripture reminds us that “we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand” (Ephesians 2:10).
In Sunshine Destiny Ministries, we hold this truth dearly:
God does not mass-produce ministries; He personalises callings.
What Has the Lord Entrusted to You?
The question is not whether you are called, but whether you have discerned what you are called to.
Many serve faithfully, yet deep within, the Lord has placed a burden that refuses to be silenced. It may be a concern for souls, families, the broken, the nations, or the next generation. That burden is not accidental—it is the fingerprint of your calling.
Like Jeremiah, the Lord says to each of us:
“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”
Have you taken time to listen?
Have you allowed the Lord to define your assignment rather than borrowing someone else’s?
Have You Discovered It?
Discovery is often quiet before it is public. God usually speaks in conviction before He speaks in commissioning.
David was anointed long before he was enthroned. Joseph dreamed before he governed. Moses was called before he was sent.
If you are in a season of waiting, do not despise it. Waiting is not delay—it is divine alignment. In SDM, we believe that discovery unfolds through prayer, submission, counsel, and faithful service.
What Are You Doing About It?
A discovered calling must be stewarded, not rushed.
The Lord is not only concerned with what you will do, but who you are becoming while preparing to do it. Character must grow at the same pace as calling, or the weight of ministry will become a burden rather than a blessing.
Ask yourself honestly:
- Am I allowing the Lord to shape me?
- Am I aligned under spiritual covering?
- Am I faithful in the season I am in now?
The SDM framework walks with you through this process—positioning, equipping, and eventually releasing—so that when you are sent, you are sent with clarity, authority, and covering.
Why SDM Exists
SDM exists not to own your ministry, but to serve your God-given calling.
You did not come to SDM to lose your identity; you came to discover and refine it. And when the Lord leads you into new seasons, you do not leave empty-handed—you leave carrying what God has entrusted to you.
This is Kingdom stewardship. This is spiritual family.
A Pastoral Appeal
Beloved, do not bury what God has placed within you. Do not compare your calling with another’s. Do not rush ahead of God, and do not shrink back in fear.
Walk the journey. Submit to the process. Trust the Lord.
And in due season, He who called you will also release you.
“Faithful is He who calls you, who also will do it.” (1 Thessalonians 5:24)
With love and pastoral care,
Rev. Tanny
