PURPOSE OF THIS ASSESSMENT

This Pre-Joining Assessment is designed to:

• Ensure clarity of vision and expectations

• Discern spiritual posture and ministry readiness

• Identify the appropriate SDM Membership Tier for each applicant

• Safeguard order, integrity, and healthy growth within SDM

SDM operates under a 3-Tier Membership Structure, designed to guide members from alignment to commissioning in an orderly and healthy manner.

TIER 1 — ALIGNMENT MEMBER

Foundation & Observation

Description:

Individuals in this tier are discerning alignment with SDM’s vision, culture, and spiritual flow.

Key Focus:

• Vision understanding

• Spiritual posture and teachability

• Relational connection

Expectations:

• Observe and learn SDM culture

• No leadership title or public representation under SDM

• Post only high-value personal content in SDM platforms

TIER 2 — EQUIPPED MEMBER

Ministry Discovery & Development

Description:

Individuals undergoing structured equipping to discern and develop their Personalised Ministry.

Key Focus:

• Training, mentoring, and ministry assessment

• Internal ministry involvement under guidance

Expectations:

• Accountability to SDM leadership

• Willingness to be positioned without self-promotion

• Faithful participation in equipping processes

TIER 3 — COMMISSIONED MEMBER

Leadership & Ministry Release

Description:

Individuals who are spiritually mature, proven, and formally released to represent SDM.

Key Focus:

• Public ministry representation

• Leadership responsibility

• Multiplication and mentoring

Expectations:

• Uphold SDM doctrine, ethics, and structure

• Function within assigned authority

• Steward ministry with integrity and humility
