a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some  examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 25:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that if we find honey, only eat what is sufficient, as you can get sick from eating too much, and vomit.

Lord God, cause me to eat things in moderation, and not over indulge.

b) Proverbs 25:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 Withdraw thy foot from thy neighbour's house; lest he be weary of thee, and so hate thee.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is best to not spend too much time in a neighbors house, else he will weary of you, and hate you.

Lord God, cause me to not spend too much time with my friends, where they get tired of having me around, and stop enjoying my company.
