EVANGELISM: BIBLE VERSES

1. Evangelism

a) The Bible is a guide for every Christian in different areas of life. It is clear from reading the Bible and the words of Jesus that all Christians are to bring the good news to the lost. The term for this is called evangelism.

b) Evangelism means preaching or taking the good news of the gospel to other people. 

2. Bible Verses  

Matthew 9:37-38 
Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. “Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

Luke 19:10 
“For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Acts 1:8
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”

Matthew 28:19-20 
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

2 Corinthians 6:2
For He says, “At the acceptable time I listened to you, And on the day of salvation I helped you”; behold, now is “the acceptable time,” behold, now is “the day of salvation “
