1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 29:1 King James Version (KJV) 

29 Give unto the Lord, O ye mighty, give unto the Lord glory and strength.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to give to You.


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the mighty should give to You glory, and strength.

Lord God, cause me to give to You.


Lord God, if You consider me mighty, cause me to give You glory and strength.

b) Psalm 29:2 King James Version (KJV) 

Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we owe glory to Your name.


Lord God, thank You for Your command, to give You the glory that is due Your name.

Lord God, thank You for Your command, to worship You in the beauty of holiness.


LORD God, cause me to give you the glory that is due Your name.

LORD God, cause me to worship you in the beauty of holiness.
