1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 3:28 King James Version (KJV)

²⁸ Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to not say to my neighbor, "Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give", when I have it by me to give.

Lord God, cause me to not say to my neighbor, "Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give", when I have it to give to them today.

b) Proverbs 3:29 King James Version (KJV)

²⁹ Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to not devise evil against my neighbor, who trusts me, and lives near me.

Lord God, cause me to not devise evil against my neighbor, and cause him to dwell by me securely.
