PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PROVERBS (44)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Proverbs 4:14-15 King James Version (KJV)

14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

15 Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.

Lord God, thank You for this father's instruction, that his son should not enter into the path of the wicked, and should not walk in the way of the evil. He should avoid it, not pass by it, turn away from it, and pass it by.

Lord God, cause me to not enter into the path of the wicked, and not walk in the way of evil.  Cause me to avoid it, not pass by it, turn away from it, and pass it by.

b) Proverbs 4:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

Lord God, thank You for this father's truth, that evil men do not sleep, unless they have done what is evil.  They are robbed of sleep, unless they have made someone fall.

Lord God, cause me to not enter into the path of the wicked, and not walk in the way of evil.  Cause me to avoid it, not pass by it, turn away from it, and pass it by. For evil men do not sleep unless they have done what is evil, and unless they have made someone fall.
