PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PROVERBS (56)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) Proverbs 5:12-14 King James Version (KJV)
12 And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof.
13 And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!
14 I was almost in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.
i) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who do not remove themselves from the adulteress woman, when they are groaning at the end of their life, when their flesh and body are consumed, say, "How I hated discipline, and my heart despised reproof. I didn’t obey my teachers or listen closely to my mentors. I have come to the brink of utter ruin in the midst of the whole assembly."
b) Proverbs 5:15 King James Version (KJV)
15 Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
i) Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to drink water out of our own cistern, and running water out of our own well.
ii) Lord God, cause me to satisfy my need for intimacy, only with my spouse.
