PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PROVERBS (61)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) Proverbs 6:1-5 King James Version (KJV)
6 My son, if thou be surety for thy friend, if thou hast stricken thy hand with a stranger,
2 Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.
3 Do this now, my son, and deliver thyself, when thou art come into the hand of thy friend; go, humble thyself, and make sure thy friend.
4 Give not sleep to thine eyes, nor slumber to thine eyelids.
5 Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler.
i) Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that if I have put myself in my neighbors power, by becoming surety for my neighbor, or by entering into a pledge for a stranger, I need to humble myself, and go plead with my neighbor. I should not sleep, or slumber, but should save myself like a bird from the hand of a fowler.
