PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: ECCLESIASTES (4)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Ecclesiastes 7:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

i) Lord, thank You for the understanding, that wisdom and money are both a defense, but wisdom gives life to those who have it.

b) Ecclesiastes 8:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.

i) Lord, I trust You to retain power over my spirit, even on the day of my death, and do not allow wickedness to have dominion over me.

c) Ecclesiastes 9:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

i) Lord, keep me dwelling in Your righteousness, so I am not unexpectedly snared in an evil time.
