a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some  examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 20:3 King James Version (KJV)

3 It is an honor for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is an honor for a man to cease from strife, but a fool will quarrel.

Lord God, help me to stay away from strife and quarreling.

b) Proverbs 20:4 King James Version (KJV)

4 The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the lazy person will not plow because it is to cold, and will beg in harvest, because his fields are empty.

Lord God, cause me to work hard, and do what is needful, even when it is not comfortable.
