GOVERNANCE, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK OF SUNSHINE DESTINY COMMUNICATIONS (SDC)

"But all things should be done decently and in order."

— 1 Corinthians 14:40 (ESV)

7.1 Introduction

Effective Christian ministry requires both spiritual vitality and sound governance. Scripture demonstrates that God values order, accountability, wise stewardship, and qualified leadership. Accordingly, Sunshine Destiny Communications (SDC) is committed to maintaining a governance structure that promotes biblical integrity, organizational accountability, transparency, and effective ministry.

This chapter establishes the governance framework of SDC and defines the roles, responsibilities, authority, and accountability of its leaders, governing bodies, ministries, and affiliated organizations.

7.2 Principles of Governance

The governance of SDC is founded upon the following biblical principles:

1. Christ is the Supreme Head

  • Jesus Christ alone is the Head of His Church and the ultimate authority over every ministry.
  • All leadership authority within SDC is delegated stewardship under the lordship of Christ.
  • Ephesians 1:22–23

2. The Authority of Scripture

  • Every policy, decision, and ministry practice shall be governed by the Holy Scriptures.
  • No organizational policy may supersede biblical truth.
  • 2 Timothy 3:16–17

3. Servant Leadership

  • Leadership within SDC is exercised through service rather than domination.
  • Leaders are shepherds who nurture, equip, encourage, and guide God's people with humility.
  • Mark 10:42–45

4. Accountability

Every leader is accountable:

  • To God.
  • To Scripture.
  • To the governing structures of SDC.
  • To the responsibilities entrusted to them.

Leadership authority shall always be accompanied by accountability.
