OFFICIAL LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

SDC Founder & Overseer

The Founder & Overseer serves as the spiritual leader and chief executive of Sunshine Destiny Communications. The office is responsible for:

• Preserving the vision, mission, and philosophy of SDC.
• Providing doctrinal oversight.
• Appointing leaders and ministry heads.
• Providing strategic leadership.
• Ensuring biblical and ethical governance.
• Exercising final authority on constitutional and organizational matters.

Management Team

The Management Team oversees the corporate and administrative functions of SDC, including:

• Governance and policy implementation
• Strategic planning
• Financial management
• Human resources
• Administration
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Information technology
• Communications and organizational development

Ministry Team

The Ministry Team provides leadership and coordination for all ministry operations and auxiliary ministries. It is responsible for:

• Ministry planning and coordination
• Leadership development
• Programme implementation
• Spiritual oversight of ministry activities
• Support and supervision of auxiliary ministries

The Ministry Team oversees the following official auxiliaries:
