NINE (9) PROPHETIC WORDS


1. Introduction

a) What are the Lord desires for the assembly or gathering to be?

i) A place (sanctuary / shelter) for the poor in spirit (those spiritually hungry), the brokenhearted (those emotionally unstable, hurt) captives & prisoners (those in bondages) mourners (those who lost loved ones) and the discouraged.

ii) A place for the sick. Jesus came for the sick (sinner).

@1) 15While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. 16When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?” 17On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mark 2:15-17 NIV)

iii) A place where sick people can find a sanctuary (shelter) for their souls. A place where healing, deliverance, restoration & comfort shall take place. This place shall be called a "House of Prayer".

iv) A place of spiritual growth where God himself shall enlarge its territory. People shall come because of the tangible presence, glory & anointing of God. God himself shall be exalted above all. The Holy Spirit shall have free access in the midst.

v) A place where people shall find the full counsel of God's word. People shall be hungry for more of his infallible (cannot fail) word.

vi) A place where people shall easily find God's abundant blessings. There shall not be any lack instead more than enough, overflowing with prosperity according to his word.

2. Nine (9) prophetic words 

a) The year 2013 was a year of realigning for reassigning to the purposes of God for assembling together. The ensuing years are the years of the fulfillment.

b) What the Lord has in mind is to realign us to achieve his assignments. How is the Lord going to do this?

c) Firstly, we need to see what are his prophetic words for assembly or gathering of God's people. 

i) 9 prophetic words (Isaiah 61:1-11 Common English Bible). The Lord God’s spirit is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me.

Verses 1-3) He has sent me to bring good news to the poor, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim release for captives, and liberation for prisoners, 2to proclaim the year of the Lord ’s favor and a day of vindication for our God, to comfort all who mourn, 3to provide for Zion’s mourners, to give them a crown in place of ashes, oil of joy in place of mourning, a mantle of praise in place of discouragement. They will be called Oaks of Righteousness, planted by the Lord to glorify himself.

Verses 1-3 / The Prophetic 1:

i) We are to bring good news to the poor, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim release for captives, and liberation for prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord ’s favor and a day of vindication for our God, to comfort all who mourn, to provide for God's mourners, to give them a crown in place of ashes, oil of joy in place of mourning, a mantle of praise in place of discouragement. Then, after our involvement in the Lord's ministry, we shall be established, rooted in the things of God and be called Oaks of Righteousness, planted by the Lord to glorify him.

Verse 4) They will rebuild the ancient ruins; they will restore formerly deserted places; they will renew ruined cities, places deserted in generations past.

Verse 4 / The Prophetic 2:

i) We shall get involved in the work of the ministry. God has singled us out to rebuild the ancient ruins (edify /exhort (counsel) / encourage the lowly), restore formerly deserted places (bring alive the work of lost hope with our hands) and renew ruined cities, places deserted in generations past (bring better change to the things of the past).

Verse 5) Foreigners will stay and shepherd your sheep, and strangers will be your farmers and vine dressers.

Verse 5 / The Prophetic 3:

i) Many new faces shall come to this place this year 2013 and stay to offer their helps in the work of the Lord's ministry. So, be prepared! We shall see that they are eager to serve the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind. We shall also see the abundant blessings they shall bring to us for the Lord's ministry.

The Outcome / Benefits

Verse 6) You will be called The Priests of the Lord ; Ministers of Our God, they will say about you. You will feed on the wealth of nations, and fatten yourself on their riches.

Verse 6 / The Prophetic 4:

i) We shall be called The Priests of the Lord ; Ministers of Our God, they shall say about us. We shall continue to be a blessing to the nations (people). We shall feed on the wealth of nations, and fatten  ourself on their riches.

Verse 7) Instead of shame, their portion will be double; instead of disgrace, they will rejoice over their share. They will possess a double portion in their land; everlasting joy will be theirs.

Verse 7 / The Prophetic 5:

i) Instead of shame, our portion of God's goodness shall be double; instead of disgrace, we shall rejoice over our share. We shall possess a double portion in our land; everlasting joy shall be ours.

Verse 8) I, the Lord , love justice; I hate robbery and dishonesty. I will faithfully give them their wage, and make with them an enduring covenant.

Verse 8 / The Prophetic 6:

i) The Lord shall repay us for our lost wages and confirmed us as his people with his enduring covenant.

Verse 9) Their offspring will be known among the nations, and their descendants among the peoples. All who see them will recognize that they are a people blessed by the Lord .

Verse 9 / The Prophetic 7:

i) Our children shall be renowned (famous) among the nations, our descendants among the peoples. All who see our children shall recognise that we are a people blessed by the Lord .

Verse 10) I surely rejoice in the Lord ; my heart is joyful because of my God, because he has clothed me with clothes of victory, wrapped me in a robe of righteousness like a bridegroom in a priestly crown, and like a bride adorned in jewelry.

Verse 10 / The Prophetic 8:

i) We shall rejoice with exceeding gladness because the Lord has given us sure victory. We shall be clothed in righteousness with a priestly crown and adorned in jewelry.

Verse 11) As the earth puts out its growth, and as a garden grows its seeds, so the Lord God will grow righteousness and praise before all the nations.

Verse 11 / The Prophetic 9:

i) Because of our work in the Lord's ministry, the Lord shall grow righteousness and praise before all the people. The people shall praise the Heavenly Father for our good works.

3. What are the 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit?

a) 9 gifts of the spirit in 1Corinthians 12:8-10:

i) The word of wisdom
ii) The word of knowledge
iii) Faith
iv) Healing
v) The working of miracles
vi) Prophecy
vii) Discerning of spirits
viii) Divers kinds of tongues
ix) The interpretation of tongues

4. What are the 9 fruits of the Spirit?

a) 9 fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23:

i) Love
ii) Joy
iii) Peace
iv) Long-suffering
v) Kindness
vi) Goodness
vii) Faithfulness
viii) Gentleness
ix) Self-control

5. Prayer focus

a) Pray that we shall be realigned for reassignment to God' s call.

b) Pray for the gifts & fruits of the Holy Spirit.
