PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 1 CORINTHIANS (4)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) 1 Corinthians 1:23-24 King James Version (KJV)

23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Christ crucified is a stumblingblock to the Jews.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Christ crucified is foolishness to those who are not Jews.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, to those who are called, Christ is Your power, and Your wisdom.

Lord God, cause me to be called, and to see Christ as Your power and Your wisdom.

b) 1 Corinthians 1:27 King James Version (KJV)

27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.

Lord, do not let me be confounded by the world's wisdom and worthless wealth, but fill me with wisdom and substance that comes from You.
