1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) James 2:19 King James Version (KJV)

¹⁹ Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that to believe there is one God is to do well, but the devils also believe, and tremble.

Lord God, cause me to believe You are one God, and give me faith as well as the ability to seek after You.

b) James 3:1 King James Version (KJV)

3 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that not many should become teachers, knowing that teachers will be judged more strictly.
