PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: ACTS (9)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Acts 4:1-2 King James Version (KJV)

And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the resurrection of the dead through Jesus was being taught to the people.

b) Acts 4:3-4 King James Version (KJV)

And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.

Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who were teaching the people that through Jesus was the resurrection of the dead, were seized and put in custody until the next day.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that many of those who heard the message of the resurrection through Jesus believed, and the number of believers was about five-thousand.

c) Acts 4:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus is the stone that was rejected by the builders.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus has become the cornerstone.
