PLACES IN ACTS: BITHYNIA

1. Places In Acts

a) We look at the places mentioned in Acts. Each place is located on a map and then we note the people and events associated with that place. Each place contains some information mentioned in the book of Acts. 

2. Bithynia  

i) Pronounced Bith-in'-yuh.

ii) Bithynia and Pontus are areas north of Asia and Galatia.

iii) Mentioned in connection with Paul’s 2nd missionary journey.

iv) For a time, God would not let Paul preach in Bithynia (Acts 16:6-8).
