2. Pray Bible Promises

a) 2 Timothy 1:11-12 King James Version (KJV)

11 Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

Lord, as I proclaim Your gospel, keep me filled with trust that You are able to keep what I have committed to You until the appointed day.

b) 2 Timothy 2:19 King James Version (KJV)

19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Lord, thank You for Your truth, that Your foundation stands sure.

Lord, thank You for Your truth, that Your foundation has a seal that says, "The Lord knows those who are his."

Lord, thank You for Your truth, that Your foundation has a seal that says, "Let every one who names the name of Christ, depart from iniquity."

Lord, cause me to be Yours.

Lord, cause me to confess the name of Christ.

Lord, cause me to depart from iniquity.

c) 2 Timothy 2:22 King James Version (KJV)

22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Lord, help me be able to call on You out of a pure heart. Help me flee the desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace.
