i) Cleopatra becomes last independent Egyptian ruler of the ancient world.

i) Julius Caesar elected dictator for life, then assassinated that same year.

i) Herod the Great made king of Judea by the Romans.

i) Cleopatra and her lover, Mark Antony, both die by suicide.
