a) Bible Event:

i) Jacob and Esau born.

2. Date: 2000 

a) World Event:

i) Native Americans immigrate to North America from northern Asia; stock breeding and irrigation used in China; Stonehenge, England, a center for religious worship is erected; bellows used in India, allowing for higher furnace temperatures.

3. Date: 1929

a) Bible Event:

i) Jacob flees to Haran.

4. Date: 1915

a) Bible Event:

i) Joseph born.

5. Date: 1900

a) World Event:

i) Egyptians use irrigation systems to control Nile floods; spoked wheel invented in the ancient Near East; horses used to pull vehicles.

6. Date: 1898

i) Joseph sold into slavery.

7. Date:  1885

i) Joseph rules Egypt.
