a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 27:4 New International Version (NIV)

4 Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming, but who can stand before jealousy? 

Lord God, thank You for Your wisdom, that wrath is cruel, and anger is outrageous, but it is wise to stay away from ungoverned passion.

Lord God, keep me out of the path of those who are full of jealousy, or have ungoverned passions.

b) Proverbs 27:5 King James Version (KJV)

5 Open rebuke is better than secret love.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that open rebuke is better than secret love.

Lord God, cause me to consider open rebuke, as better than secret love.
