a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 27:6 King James Version (KJV)

6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that wounds of a friend are faithful, but kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

Lord God, cause me to accept the wounds of a friend, and be cautious of kisses from an enemy.

b) Proverbs 27:7 King James Version (KJV)

7 The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who believe they have it all can not appreciate the things You provide them, as much as those who have want.

Lord God, cause me to appreciate the things You have provided me, and to understand how good You have been.

Lord God, cause me to be desirous of more wisdom, and to continue to seek after it.
