a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some  examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Proverbs 23:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words.

Lord God, cause me to be wise of whose food I eat, so the experience will not sour my stomach.

b) Proverbs 23:9 King James Version (KJV)

9 Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that if You speak in the ear of a fool, he will despise the wisdom of Your words.

Lord God, keep me from being a fool, and despising when wisdom is spoken to me.
