THE AUXILIARY MINISTRIES OF SUNSHINE DESTINY COMMUNICATIONS (SDC)

"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord."

11.1 Introduction

Sunshine Destiny Communications (SDC) fulfills its mission through a family of auxiliary ministries, each established to carry out a specific area of Kingdom service. These auxiliaries function under the governance of SDC while maintaining clearly defined operational responsibilities.

Each auxiliary ministry exists to support the overall vision of SDC and to serve the wider Body of Christ through specialized ministries that complement one another.

Collectively, these auxiliaries demonstrate the biblical principle that although there are many ministries, they serve one Lord and one mission.

11.2 Purpose of Auxiliary Ministries

The auxiliary ministries of SDC exist to:

• Advance the vision and mission of SDC.
• Provide specialized ministry services.
• Strengthen the Body of Christ.
• Develop Christian leaders.
• Produce biblical resources.
• Serve communities with compassion.
• Encourage prayer and spiritual growth.
• Expand the ministry's local and global impact.

Each auxiliary shall operate in harmony with the Statement of Faith, governance policies, and strategic objectives of SDC.

11.3 Governance of Auxiliary Ministries

All auxiliary ministries are accountable to Sunshine Destiny Communications.

Each auxiliary shall:

• Operate under the authority of the Founder & Overseer and the Management Board.
• Comply with the policies and procedures of SDC.
• Submit annual ministry plans and reports.

No auxiliary ministry functions as an independent organization unless expressly authorized by the Management Board.

A. SDC School of Ministry (SDSM)

Official Purpose

The SDC School of Ministry (SDSM) is the educational arm of Sunshine Destiny Communications.

Its purpose is to equip believers through sound biblical and theological education for effective Christian ministry and leadership.

Objectives:

• Provide structured theological education.
• Develop competent Christian leaders.
• Equip pastors, teachers, evangelists, and ministry workers.

Leadership

The Principal of SDSM shall oversee the academic, administrative, and spiritual direction of the School of Ministry and shall report to the Founder & Overseer and the Management Board.

B. SDC Kingdom Publications (SKP)

Official Purpose

SDC Kingdom Publications serves as the publishing ministry of Sunshine Destiny Communications.

Its mission is to develop, publish, and distribute biblically sound educational resources that strengthen believers and equip Christian leaders.

Publications may include:

• Books.
• Bible study materials.
• Ministry manuals.
• Leadership guides.
• Devotional literature.
• Academic publications.
• Digital publications.
• Teaching resources.

Objectives:
