1. Bible Verses and Quotes

a) The Bible offers many valuable quotes and verses on strength and encourages us to be strong in our faith and our daily walk with Christ. Read Bible verses about strength and how we must be strong in our walk with God, Jesus Christ, and our Christian faith. 

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.  That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Psalm 46:1

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Nehemiah 8:10

Nehemiah said, "Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is sacred to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength."

Psalm 22:19

But you, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me.

Psalm 28:7-8

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.  The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
