HOPE IN GOD

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. How do NUMBERS 3 and 2 come about?

a) On 25th January 2015 (Sunday Celebration Service), the Lord vividly showed me NUMBERS 3 and 2. I immediately looked at my phone timer and it was registered at 11.31 am. What was the Lord trying to say?

2. What do these numbers represent?

a) 32 = 4 x 8 = NUMBER 4 and NUMBER 8.

b) 25 January = 25/01 = 2 + 5 + 0 + 1 = NUMBER 8.

c) 2015 = 2 + 0 + 1 + 5 = NUMBER 8.

d) Time 11.31 am = 11 and .31 = NUMBER 8 + 3 and NUMBER 4 (3 + 1)

e) The significant numbers are NUMBER 4 and NUMBER 8.

3. What is the meaning for NUMBER 4 and NUMBER 8?

NUMBER 4

a) Four is the creation number and it has special significance to the earth. Four is symbolic of earthly completeness. On the fourth day, all materials for the earth were created.

i) Four is the number of the great elements: earth, air, fire, and water.

ii) There are four regions or directions: north, south, east, and west.

iii) There are four seasons of the year: fall, winter, spring, and summer.

iv) There are four phases of the moon: first, half, full, and last.

v) There are four divisions of the day: morning, noon, evening, and night.

vi) The Bible also has ten references to the four winds.

b) The number four indicates universality. This means that from one point to the next point, everything is included such as in the scripture above. It is universal participation. All people will come from all four corners of the earth to enjoy the kingdom of God as is illustrated in the four gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

c) Four in the scriptures portrays universal observation, worship and adoration as in Revelation 4:6-8. "Around the throne, and on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind: the first living creature like a lion, the second living creature like an ox, the third living creature with a face like a human face, and the fourth living creature like a flying eagle."

d) Let's conclude number four on a note of hope for those who might be in a fiery furnace today. Don't give up. Jesus appeared as the fourth man to save the three Hebrew boys (Daniel 3:25). He will do the same for you.

NUMBER 8

a) The number eight symbolizes resurrection and a new beginning. Noah's ark passed through the waters symbolizing death, but it was resurrected and rested on Mt. Ararat and eight people emerged to a new beginning.

4. What is God saying regarding these numbers? What is the main theme for these numbers?

a) God is saying that we ought to take heed of the revealed NUMBER 4 and 8.

b) While NUMBER FOUR is the creation number and it has special significance to the earth and symbolic of earthly completeness, all materials for the earth were created on the fourth day. Hence, God will use them to achieve his divine purpose in such a time when everything seems to go wrong and not accordingly to the plans of man. Man may plan and build but they will do it in vain. God laughs and scoffs at man for not relying on godly counsels and thus, he or she may suffer the consequences of what God has already intended to do for such a time like this. From one point to the next point, everything is included and is universal.

Proverbs 19:21 New International Version (NIV)

21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart,
    but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

Psalm 127:1-2 New International Version (NIV)

Unless the Lord builds the house,
    the builders labor in vain.
Unless the Lord watches over the city,
    the guards stand watch in vain.
In vain you rise early
    and stay up late,
toiling for food to eat—
    for he grants sleep to those he loves.

Psalm 2:4 New International Version (NIV)

The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
    the Lord scoffs at them.

 c) There is hope in such a time when man begins to cry out to God for help. A new beginning may emerge to help resurrect man's plans in the midst of unavoidable consequences this season may bring.

Psalm 39:12 New International Version (NIV)

12 “Hear my prayer, Lord,
    listen to my cry for help;
    do not be deaf to my weeping.
I dwell with you as a foreigner,
    a stranger, as all my ancestors were.

Psalm 119:147 New International Version (NIV)

147 I rise before dawn and cry for help;
    I have put my hope in your word.

Psalm 18:19 New International Version (NIV)

19 He brought me out into a spacious place;
    he rescued me because he delighted in me.

 Psalm 34:4 New International Version (NIV)

I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
    he delivered me from all my fears.

d) You may be in a fiery furnace but remember, there is hope in God!

e) The main theme is "HOPE IN GOD"

The End ...
