PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PHILIPPIANS (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Philippians 1:1 King James Version (KJV)

Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons.

Lord God, thank You for Your servants, Paul, and Timotheus, and for their letter to the saints in Christ Jesus who were at Philippi.

b) Philippians 1:2 King James Version (KJV)

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord God, thank You for the grace, and peace, that comes from You, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

c) Philippians 1:3 King James Version (KJV)

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to thank You on every remembrance of the brethren.

Lord God, cause me to thank You on every remembrance of my Christian brothers and sisters.
